SURYAMALANG.COM, PONCOKUSUMO – Ledok Ombo is a camping ground location the nuances of pine forests aslope of Mount Semeru.

Tourist destinations which can be the right choice when on weekend holiday is Ledok Ombo Camping Ground Poncokusumo in Malang District.

In Poncokusumo Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency, there are some instagramable photo spots besides being a campsite.

Ledok Ombo Tourism Coordinator, Jefri Nanang explained that the Ledok Ombo camp has been around since the Dutch era.

"In the past this area was often used by the Dutch army to camp," Jefri said to SURYAMALANG.COM, Sunday (1/6/2018).

According to Jefri, there was a “Loge” or a kind of Dutch heritage building in that place.

"Now the building is gone," said Jefri.

Visitors only need to pay IDR 10,000 for camp, and IDR 5,000 for just visiting and taking pictures.

"The entry fee is only for weekends," said Jefri.
